We and our third-party partners may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons, SDKs, pixels (or "clear gifs") and other tracking technologies. Pixels are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize when someone has visited our SOLV-Technology Sites or, in the case of web beacons, opened an email that we have sent them. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of Visitors from one page within our SOLV-Technology Sites to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to our SOLV-Technology Sites from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to serve targeted advertisements to you and others like you, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Our third-party service providers may also use cookies or web beacons to collect information about your visits to our SOLV-Technology Sites and/or other sites to measure and track the effectiveness of advertisements and our online marketing activities (for example, by collecting data on how many times you click on one of our ads). The information collected by these third parties does not include personal information that enables you to be specifically identified (e.g. by reference to your name or email address).
If a Verified User elects to use certain SOLV-Technology add-ons or features, the use of those may permit or require additional cookies or tracking technologies to be employed. If a Verified User connects his or her website (a "Site") to a SOLV-Technology account, SOLV-Technology may install a JavaScript tracking snippet ("Snippet") on that Verified User's Site. This Snippet will allow cookies, pixels, and other technologies to be set on that Verified User's Site to facilitate the use of certain automations, features and functionality offered by SOLV-Technology through the Service. The specific cookies, pixels, or other technologies that will be set on a Verified User's Site depend on the particular add-ons or features that the Verified User chooses to use as part of the Service. End users should therefore review the relevant Verified User's privacy notice and cookie disclosures for further information about the specific types of cookies and other tracking technologies used on the Site. Remarketing ads: Our Remarketing ads feature (also known as web retargeting ads) allows our Verified User to create and manage advertisements on the internet and mobile internet. When a Verified User elects to use this feature, SOLV-Technology installs a Google tracking pixel on that Verified User's Site through the Snippet. The Snippet also allows that Verified User's Site to set a SOLV-Technology cookie that will recognize the Site end users via ads placed with the remarketing ads feature. These technologies facilitate the placement of advertising campaigns on the internet and mobile internet and enable SOLV-Technology to provide reporting to our Verified User about the performance of these advertising campaigns. If a Verified User elects to use the SOLV-Technology features known as "Landing Pages" or "Websites", the use of either feature will permit cookies and tracking technologies to be deployed by the Verified User. If a Verified User elects to build a Landing Page or Website, a javascript tag, also known as a JS tag, may be placed on their page. This tag allows our Verified User to see the aggregate number of visitors to their Website or Landing Page. In addition, the Verified User may see the aggregate number of clicks on any links included in their Website or Landing Page. We provide this data to our Verified User in order to demonstrate how their Website or Landing Page has performed.
Verified Users who create Landing Pages or Websites will have the option to set cookies on the device of any end user to those pages. When a Verified User chooses to set cookies, SOLV-Technology installs the Snippet on that Verified User's Landing Page or Website to facilitate the deployment of the cookie(s) selected by that Verified User. The specific cookies, pixels, or other technologies that will be set on a Verified User's Landing Page or Website depend on the particular add-ons or features that the Verified User chooses to use as part of the Service. End users should review the relevant Verified User's privacy notice and cookie disclosures for further information about the specific types of cookies and other tracking technologies used on any Landing Page or Website. Track with SOLV-Technology: Our Track with SOLV-Technology feature allows Verified User to track unique visits on their Landing Page or Website by deploying cookies through the Snippet. Track with SOLV-Technology calculates the conversion rate by comparing the number of unique visits to the number of end users who subscribe. On Websites, Track with SOLV-Technology allows Verified User to track page view events of their Contacts by retrieving page views from a Contact's local storage.

Browser Controls: You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. Mobile Advertising: You can opt out of having your mobile advertising identifiers used for certain types of Interest Based Advertising, including those performed by us, by accessing the settings in your Apple or Android mobile device and following the most recent published instructions. If you opt out, we will remove all data about you and no further data collection or tracking will occur. The random ID we (or our third-party partners) had previously assigned to you will also be removed. This means that if at a later stage, you decide to opt-in, we will not be able to continue and track you using the same ID as before, and you will for all practical purposes be a new end user to our system.
Do Not Track: Some Internet browsers - like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari - include the ability to transmit "Do Not Track" or "DNT" signals. Since uniform standards for "DNT" signals have not been adopted, our SOLV-Technology Sites, Connected Sites, Landing Pages, and Websites do not currently process or respond to "DNT" signals. SOLV-Technology takes privacy and meaningful choice seriously and will make efforts to continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.
